When and where does Sunset Hills worship on Sundays?
Sunset Hills couldn't be more excited to worship each Sunday morning in our sanctuary at 1635 Sunset Road. We begin at 10 AM each Sunday morning.
What is the worship service like?
Worship at Sunset Hills is a dynamic, authentic time of fellowship with God and one another. Our music is a contemporary blend of new praise and worship along with the great hymns of our faith. Our pastor, Steve Durham, shares a relevant message that God can use to change your life.
Do you have Sunday School or small group Bible studies on Sunday?
We have LifeGroups that meet each Sunday. LifeGroups are for all ages and meet at 9 AM, prior to our Sunday morning worship service. Adults and children meet in our main building and middle school and high school students meet in our chapel. We will have smiling faces ready to guide you to the group that meets you where your are on life’s journey.
What does Sunset Hills offer for children on Sunday morning?
We provide a nursery for ages 4 and under. All children have Life Groups that meet at 9 AM. At 10 AM, all children are then invited to experience a fun, biblical Children’s Church program.
Does Sunset Hills offer mid-week services?
Our Student Ministry meets on Wednesdays at 6 PM in our chapel for dinner and 6:30 PM for an hour long Bible study. An adult Bible study group also meets at 6:30 PM in our main building.
Does Sunset Hills have a student ministry?
Yes! Kelly Farmer is our Student and Children's Minister. Wednesday night is main meeting time for Blaze Student Ministry where students in grades 6-12 come together for a time of prayer, Bible study, and fellowship and the opportunity for every student to connect with God in their everyday lives. Our student calendar is packed with opportunities for service, fellowship, worship, discipleship and evangelism. See our student ministry page for more details.
What should I wear when I attend Sunset Hills?
We don't have a dress code. Come as you are!
It’s my first time visiting Sunset Hills. What should I expect?
If you are visiting with us for the first time, don’t worry; We don’t single out visitors because we want you to truly feel welcome. We do invite you to visit our Connection Table where we will have a special gift for you as our way of saying, “Thanks for visiting us!”
